Worst service
Recently I got an experience with *** Packers & Movers. Their packing is somewhat Ok but loading & unloading services are very poor. They did not tell and mention in the quotation about assembling goods when I contacted them. While downloading I asked their labors about the cart assembling and they said that they did not get information from the office. I contacted them about the service they said that we are not doing assembling and not mentioning. They have broken my two wheeler mirror and indicators. They did not respond back regarding this issue. Worst delivery service pls do not contact them for the service. (Source)

Unprofessional
I had to move from Hyderabad to Bangalore in May/June 2016 and to my bad luck, signed up *** Packers & Movers to move my household goods. When I had called them for a quote, an executive himself came home to have a look at the number of my goods and give me the estimate. My woes started right from the time the *** staff came home for packing. The packing supervisor was there to oversee the packing and to make notations for the first hour or so. He then disappeared telling me that someone else will come. After 2 hours passed by and no one came, I tried calling them but he refused to answer my calls. Finally, after making a lot of phone calls, a gentleman called ****, who claimed to be a partner in the business came over and was doing the supervisor’s job. By the way, that partner’s name is not listed on the official website of *** packers and movers, so I am really not sure of his standing as a partner. Nevertheless, he seemed like someone who could not decide anything on his own
I finally managed to negotiate it to INR 8, 000 and the good were delivered to me. There were two cartons missing and a whole lot of stuff damaged and broken. They managed to shatter a couple of my expensive lamps, broke the handle of one fridge and put a huge dent in the other, spilled almost all my food items. Two of the cartons had rat bites and it was apparent that the rodents had chewed through the carton boxes and had damaged a lot of my kitchen items. When questioned, the delivery guy asked me to contact the head office and they would be able to help me with my insurance claim and no question of it later. (Source)
